Lower Cape TV ArtsLight created a documentary “shining a light on creative activity and innovation” of our “Outdoor Play Oasis” project in the making. See the creative nature of the project in action and hear from several of the collaborative players who are creating the Outdoor Play Oasis in the center of downtown Hyannis, in the backyard of the Hyannis Public Library, for children and families.
